On February 16, there was held the 8th Legal Banking Forum, the key forum for financial services lawyers, bringing together industry leaders including Vladyslav Valendiuk, Benchers Law Firm counsel.

During the HARD talk «Working with distressed assets», experts discussed the current practice of the Supreme Court in credit disputes, interim measures in working with banks, effective sale of NPLs for state and commercial banks, and many other issues.

The speaker noted that now the bankruptcy procedure can be controlled, efficient and fast for the creditor, subject to two factors: 1) a fair trial; 2) impartial actions of arbitration managers.
