On the eve of the World Anti-Corruption Day, Benchers Law Firm initiated a discussion hub «Lawyer in the Bermuda Triangle»: effective interaction with the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine, Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office and High Anti-Corruption Court.

The event was moderated by Oleg Valendyuk, Managing Partner of Benchers Law Firm.

The speakers discussed: international experience in the formation, development and interaction of the anti-corruption bodies; significant procedural violations of the criminal procedural legislation made during investigations of corruption-related crimes; features of the use of special technical means by the pre-trial investigation bodies and admissible limits for the use of evidentiary information; special pre-trial investigation and international cooperation in the course of criminal proceedings.
